Purchase Order Terms

External Providers are required to adhere to the following:
Apply the appropriate controls to their direct and sub-tier external providers.

Retain applicable documented information. Remain in control of its quality management system.

Notify our organization of nonconforming products and obtain approval for disposition.

Prevent the use of counterfeit parts.

Notify our organization of changes to processes, products, or services, including changes of external providers or location of manufacture.

Allow right of access by our organization, our customers, and regulatory authorities to the applicable areas of facilities and to applicable documented information, at any level of the supply chain.
